Group Fitness Classes and Locations
Outdoor group fitness classes are underway along the shores of Lake Washington (S. Seattle) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am and 7am starting on March 18, 2019. Indoor Boot Camp begins in the Fall (October). Group fitness not your thing? Contact me about one-on-one private personal training sessions.
