Indoor Boot Camp for Women
Heat up your Fall and Winter workout routine every Tuesday and Thursday morning. In this hour long boot camp style class we will strengthen, condition, sweat and have fun! Utilizing high intensity interval training (HIIT), workouts integrate strength/resistance training, cardiovascular and dynamic movements, and body weight exercises.
The class is open to all fitness levels. Beginner through advanced exercises and modifications are provided. $100 for the month of classes. Drop-ins welcome ($20). Limited space available. Enroll here today!
Dates and Times: Oct. 1, 2019 through February 27, 2020. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am.
