The A.M. Hustle: Indoor Boot Camp for Women
Heat up your Fall and Winter workout routine every Tuesday and Thursday morning. In this hour long boot camp style class we will strengthen, condition, sweat and have fun! Utilizing high intensity interval training (HIIT), workouts integrate strength/resistance training, TRX, cardiovascular movements, rowing machine, and body weight exercises.
The class is open to all fitness levels. Beginner through advanced exercises and modifications are provided. $99 for the month of classes. Drop-ins welcome ($20). Limited space available. Enroll here today!
