Outdoor Fitness

Join me March-October for small group personal training  along the shores of Lake Washington.  We meet in various public spaces between I-90 and Martha Washington Park. Watch the sun rise, listen to birds, and breathe the fresh air as you sweat and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit in natural outdoor settings.  Open to all fitness levels. Beginner through advanced exercises and modifications  provided.  Drop-ins  welcome ($20); class pass available.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00 am and 7:00 a.m.  Outdoor sessions begin in March  19, 2019 and end on September 26, 2019. Contact me at for current locations or view my class calendar

Equipment: Bring a yoga mat and free weights. Headlamp necessary in March and September. Wear layers, especially in the spring and late fall.
